Resist-a-Band offers an endless amount of Resist-a-band exercise possibilities and can be used anywhere; in the office, at home even in your hotel. If you start with a distance of 30cm between your hands with no tension on the band and stretch it to a distance of 60cm you will be pulling a weight of 2kg when using Resist-a-band II. With RAB III you would be pulling Dynaband a weight of 3kg over the same distance.

This practical black carrier bag with the logos of both RAB and Graystone LAŽ sewn into the material (not shown here) looks great and has enough space for other items.
DON'T BE SOLD SHORT only RAB is a full 2 meters long x 15cm wide. RAB II - 2kg - Light RAB III - 3kg - Medium RAB IV - 4kg - Heavy RAB V - 5kg - Very Heavy The weight in kg is the equivilant to a resistance against a weight when the band is stretched by 100% of its original length. If the band is tied in a loop as shown here then the resistance is double. RAB II = 4kg at 100%.

So why is it important to know how much weight you are pulling?

Imagine that I ask you to lift a weight of 50kg. The fact that you know how much weight is to be lifted tells you wheather you are capable of lifting such a weight. You also know how much you have to train to in order to lift such a weight.
